APRIL 15 DAY 6 SCHWEIBERGERWEG SIPPENAEKEN EPEN


We set off just after 9 am for circular walk with a stop for lunch in the Belgium village of Sippenaeken. Sadly Doug Porteous had taken to his bed with a bout of influenza




Many living trees are attacked by mistletoe, a parasite named after Bird Poop

Holsteins Friesians. A breed of dairy cattle originating form the Dutch Provinces. They are known as the world's highest producing dairy animals

Suddenly we realize Tonie Norman is not with the group! 

Rutger decides to go back towards Sippenaeken where she was last seen going into a cafe to have a "Jimmy Riddle"

 We stop to pray for her safe return

Prayers are answered with a phone call. Tonie was given directions by a local and took the road back to the Hotel
